Contrary to what most think, an important reason why you should not judge others is actually a selfish reason.
You bring harm to yourself.
How is that possible!?
Simple, when you judge others, you think and feel a certain positive or negative thought about others. Whatever you think and feel, so are you! The Golden rule: Do unto others what you want others to do unto you. I will explain these ancient rules.
If you think negatively about yourself, you weaken yourself. If you think and feel negatively about others, (this is judging!) you ALSO weaken yourself. Regardless of the target of your negativity….you only harm yourself! This is why spiritual teachings teach us to refrain from judgement (thinking and feeling). When you think and feel, so are you! When you think negatively about others, you only bring harm to yourself!
Fortunately, there is also a positive side to this 🙂 If you think positively, regardless of whether about yourself or others, you strength yourself GREATLY.
Now…here is video proof of this concept. Watch from 50:00 to 55:00mins.
Some of you may argue there is no equipment to measure the amount of force used in the video, and that both of them maybe in cahoots. Yes I do see it from your point of view. You can come to your own conclusions. Blessings to all of you.
